Dilution - For colour and flavour assessment dilute 20 grams of syrup with 120 grams of milk

Microbiological
(a) Total Plate Count: Less than 500 colony forming units per 1 gram of concentrate
(b) Yeast and Mould: Less than 50 colony forming units per 1 gram of concentrate
(c) Coliform: Negative in 10 grams of concentrate
