Fruit Prep and Blending Processes
Sealed processes from mixing through pasteurisation. From a minimum of 2 metric tonne (MT)
batches to as much as 40MT continuously between CIP cycles.
Kettle Processes.
There are four kettle processes: (a) a 600 litre vacuum kettle for cooking at a lower
temperature, (b) a 1400 litre closed cooking vessel, (c) a 500 litre slow stirring kettle,
and (d) three 200 litre electrically-stirred open steam pans.
Scholle Filling Machine.
This filler is attached to the Fruit Prep line and is able to do 20kg bag in pods to 200kg
bag in drums in a commercially sterile environment.

Flexible Packaging Options from 1kg Pouches to 1MT
Pallecons.
Within this range of options include 2 litre flagons, 4 litre pails, 11 litre pails, 10
and 20 litre bags for boxes and pods, 200 litre bag in drums. Other than the Scholle
machine and the cold-filling bottling line, these other options are hot-fills using either
a Vertical Form Fill and Seal machine or volumetric hot fillers.
